• Signature Delivery

All items shipped from NICKV are shipped with signature delivery, if you are not home to sign for the package you can reschedule the delivery through the tracking number link or you can pick up the item at your nearest USPS post office. For more details email customer support

 

• How fast is shipping ?

Our shipping is very fast, all orders are shipped with 1-3 business day shipping ! Most orders arrive in less than a week from date of purchase but please allow 1-6 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number. All orders are shipped with signature delivery, if you miss your delivery contact our customer support and we can help you locate where to pick up your order.

 

• Wash Guide

All items can be washed in a regular washer and dryer and will not be damaged, wash all items inside out and if you are worried about your item shrinking please only wash the item in the washer and then hang dry it to avoid shrinkage from a dryer. To maintain the best quality of your item would be to have the item professionally dry cleaned.

 

 

 

 

 

STORE POLICY 

• Returns | Exchanges | Refunds

All sales are final ! No refunds, returns or exchanges once the sale is completed. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

In the rare occurence of receiving a defective item, just reach out to our customer support info@nickvclothing.com and we will exchange the item for you right away.

 

• My card was charged but I did not receive a confirmation email

This sometimes happens when your payment is declined. Please do not worry as you have not actually been charged it just seems as you were as it can take up to 24 hours for your bank to process the funds back into your bank account. For any questions or concerns please reach out to our customer support email.

 

• Transaction Limit

You can place orders up to $400 at a time. If the order limit is reached it will not allow you to checkout. If you plan to spend more than the limit please make separate transactions per $400 spent to avoid this issue.

If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped out there will be an order cancellation fee.
